  • Non-payment may result in suspension or account termination.

  • You may cancel a new or renewed plan within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Refunds are processed within 30 days and may be reduced by an administration fee or denied if services are misused or requests are fraudulent.

5. Vendor Microsites & SaaS Services

  • Vendors receive hosting, microsite services, and marketing tools.

  • Vendors are solely responsible for their content, services, pricing, and legal compliance.

  • Use of the Site or tools does not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, or sales.

6. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

  • Do not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the Site or its content without permission.

  • Do not disrupt the Site, bypass security features, use automated systems, or post fraudulent, offensive, illegal, or defamatory content.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

  • Vendors must own or have rights to content they submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to display and use it for platform operations and marketing.

8. Vendor Responsibility & Accuracy

  • Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and truthfulness of their listings, services, and promotions.

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, licenses, and permits.

9. End-User (Bride/Couple) Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for verifying vendor information, services, and suitability before engagement.

  • All4theWedding.com does not guarantee quality, availability, or suitability of vendor services or products.

  • All transactions, agreements, or disputes between users and vendors are solely between those parties. We are not responsible for cancellations, disputes, or refunds.

10. User-Generated Content / Reviews

  • Users submitting reviews, testimonials, or comments are responsible for their content.

  • Content may be moderated, removed, or edited.

  • Users grant us a license to display submitted content on the Site.

11. Third-Party Content & Services
