6. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

You may not:

9. End‑User (Bride/Couple) Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying vendor information before engagement.

All transactions, agreements, or disputes between users and vendors are solely between those parties. We are not responsible for cancellations, disputes, or refunds between users and vendors.

10. User‑Generated Content / Reviews

Users submitting reviews or comments are responsible for their content.

We may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion.

By submitting content, you grant us a license to display it on the Site.

11. Third‑Party Content & Services

The Site may link to third‑party websites or services. We do not control or endorse third‑party content and are not responsible for performance, pricing, or reliability.

3. Service Delivery & Customer Interactions

All4theWedding.com is not a party to any contract between Vendors and customers.

4. Vendor Payments & Fees

Vendors agree to:

  • Accept automatic renewals unless cancelled

Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal.

5. Prohibited Vendor Conduct

Vendors may not:

  • Post misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory content

  • Use the Platform to harvest user data

  • Circumvent Platform tools or payment systems

  • Post adult, violent, or illegal content

Violations may result in immediate termination.

6. Vendor Liability

Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • Their services

7. Indemnification

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Vendor accounts for:
